There are undoubtedly some cheap residential properties available in this part of the Balkans. You can purchase a property from as little as £5,000 but at that price point you are likely to expect a degree of modernisation will be required. Property values increase from that point, but many house-hunters find that they can source a reasonably modern, large detached house in a nearby village for between £15,000-£30,000. If your specific property does require some work to be undertaken, Milen's services include a quality property maintenance division that we would personally recommend. Each property below is available for freehold purchase at the price shown. These are not timeshare properties. Depending on your own financial circumstances, you may opt to purchase from your own available funds, although there are a number of mortgage offers available from Bulgarian banks if required. Purchasing your home in Bulgaria is a straightforward affair (nowhere near as complex as in the UK!) and the UK practice of gazumping simply does not exist here.
