Whether you are seriously interested in purchasing your own Bulgarian property, or simply interested in finding out more information first hand, we strongly recommend you take advantage of the special viewing trips that we have arranged with Milen Velikov and his experienced team at Estate PM. This is not a high pressure sales operation - in fact Milen and his colleagues provide as much or as little help as you need: whether viewing one property or a dozen. Spare time is yours to take as and when you wish.

Before you go, we can arrange to provide details of properties which meet any specific requirements you may have. If you then indicate any properties that you would like to see in person, we can request Milen to make the necessary viewing arrangements before you leave the UK. Properties are available from £5,000 to over £100,000 with many great value deals available for under £30,000. These are  freehold properties that would become 100% yours, not some timeshare option. Some of the prices seem to good to be true, but they are rising steadily so now is a good time. Please view our "Available Homes" page for a selection of properties in different price brackets. One final thing: if you do decide to purchase a property, the £150 trip fee will be refunded!

Step 1: Arrange your flights to Bulgaria from your local airport

We've used many of the airlines, and if required can help you with arranging this. Return fares, per person, can be as low as £49, if booked in advance. Flights should be to Sofia, Varna or Bucharest.

Step 2: Arrange a Rousse Viewing trip - at a fixed price of GBP £150.00 for 2 persons

This includes .....

Three fun filled days (or more, if required) of viewing property and the beautiful countryside of Bulgaria! There are absolutely no strings attached to this offer, and you are under no obligation whatsoever to buy anything! Our aim is simply to share our Bulgarian experience with you, and if possible help you to find your dream holiday home/investment in the sun!

If you do find something that you would like to proceed with, there is absolutely no pressure to commit to anything during your viewing trip. If you prefer, return to the UK to think things over, talk to friends or family, talk to us if you like, undertake some additional research. Be completely satisfied that your potential purchase if right for you in every way.

Upon landing in Bulgaria, you will be met at the airport of your choice by one of our English speaking team in a quality car for the journey to Rousse. You may choose from a hotel in Rousse City Centre, or we would strongly recommend the stunning Luliaka Island Hotel on the banks of the tranquil Rover Danube (the latter benefits from having swimming pools and a sauna).

As agreed with yourselves, you will be collected  in a 5 or 7 series BMW (or similar) and shown around the beautiful region of Ruse. There are national parks, mountains and forest, rivers, lakes and abundant wildlife. The beauty will take your breath away - and you will start to see why we bought here

On one night of your stay, you will be taken to the most highly regarded restaurant in the city (and probably the whole of Bulgaria) "The Leventa". No matter what your taste, you will find something on the menu here to compliment what should prove to be an enjoyable as well hopefully rewarding first visit to Bulgaria (the cost of this meal is also included in this package).

Our friendly staff will be laid on for as much or as little as is required. We offer this as your time here should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If you wish to cut the day short and take time to stroll alongside the River Danube, have coffee in one of the many terrace bars in the city, or just want to jump into the pool, then just say!

From advice on property improvements to legal concerns, our team will guide you every step of the way. Without exception, the cost of everything stated within this listing is included. All aspects of this offer will be in and around the region and City of Rousse. Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis for two people sharing a double room for 3 nights, including breakfast (extra nights can be arranged). Airport collection assumes the airports of: Sofia, Varna or Bucharest in Romania. Further information on the hotels are available from us upon request.
